Supporting Public Health Through National Parasitology Expertise

The National Reference Centre for Parasitology (NRCP) plays a key role in protecting population health in Canada by supporting disease surveillance, laboratory diagnostics, and research on parasitic diseases.

Working closely with national and provincial partners, the NRCP develops advanced methodologies, supports public health laboratories, and contributes to training and knowledge transfer in accordance with international laboratory standards.
